I’ve been thinking.
In an endless struggle to make your music noticed, do you lose the original driving force? I might’ve taken too long a stay in the wondrous world of music publishing. Maybe it’s time for a step back.
Yet another watery album produced & released. But I think I’m done for now. Enough submerging (for some time).
I’m in a watery mood. Just recently I’ve released Submerge II and, apparently, the music I’m currently working on is in the same mood. More quirky though and probably even stranger than some of my Metastructure compositions.
Time will tell what will become of these bleep blops I’m hearing.
So there it is. The Netsphere. The amount of work and sheer creativeness I’ve put into this is ridiculous. But I consider all this effort very much enjoyable and even though my records don’t get much attention - if any - I am glad to do something like that once in a while. So. Metastructure (Netsphere) on aairria.bandcamp.com has over 4 hours of music (take that no-longform releases on bandcamp, ha!), a printable booklet with a load of interesting text and some neat wallpapers. How about that - digital merchandise!
Just uploaded Almix 07 - Lost Radio Broadcast II (Halloween Mixtape) to Mixcloud. Listen now!
Almost done with my new album, the netsphere. Somehow designing the cover art seems to be the most difficult part…
Listening to Mother Destruction/Sixth Comm. Drastically enjoyable music it is.
Published, finally! “Branches That Glow” as in droney-jazzy-swarming-twin-peaks-inspired album by me. Available at 1485kHz.blogspot.com.
Heigh ho! Who is there?
No one but me, my dear.
Please come say, how do?
The things I’ll give to you.
A stroke as gentle as a feather
I’ll catch a rainbow from the sky
and tie the ends together.
Heigh ho! I am here.
Am I not young and fair?
Please come say, how do?
The things I’ll show to you.
Would you have a wond’rous sight?
The midday sun at midnight.
Fair maid, white and red,
Comb you smooth and stroke your head.
How a maid can milk a bull!
And every stroke a bucketful.
the willow’s song
I’ve polished and mastered the music I’ve talked about in my previous post. Took me several hours to properly gain control over all frequencies. Such chaotic sounds are really hard to come to terms with…
Did a devastatingly chaotic and cacophonous album inspired by Twin Peaks. Might release it soon. That is if I manage to make it sound a bit better. Lo-fi is good but overdoing it is not.
In the sixth dreaming a sea is eaten by waves splashing onto the black moon.
